In the late seventies and eighties, she Performed with the U.S. Steel Cello Ensemble at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Gardner Museum, The De Cordova Museum, Harvard Sanders Theater, Boston City Hall, and the American Repertory Theater. These events Produced feature newspaper articles and on TV-programs, Including the NBC Today show. As an educator, Varon has-been employed under diverse Capacities for the Boston and Cambridge Public School Systems. Her students art and mural projects Have Been frequently exhibit at the Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston Science Museum, Draper Laboratories, and Bank of Boston Main Branch Among Other Places. Dr. Varon has lectured in local and national conferences on Subjects Such as Integrated Curriculum, School Reform, Dual-Language Acquisition, Interpretation Medical Programs for High School Students, and Art and Cognition - the topic of her dissertation.
